Sometimes it happens that the fate is knocking at the door. Then you can choose whether to open the door or noy - pretend the way as you do not hear them knocking. My knock on the door was a letter from insurance company. The company announced a change in insurance terms and conditions, in which case I would be able to  - if I want -  to either continue or terminate insurance for it. Normally, this offered only if you become unemployed or die.
I woke up and think about it, which is such a tiny amount to purchase or make. 40% of after-tax cash sufficient to pay the mortgage, but not enough to the entire amount. Life, therefore, would continue unchanged.
I surrendered dreamed of - what I really want to be and do. I pondered long and hard about what kind of person I want to be where and what kind of environment, where the state of mind and what you doing. I have always dreamed of living abroad and I decided to take their summer house purchase in Italy, where it would be possible.
This story tells you how I'm looking for information on how to purchase the cottage in practice, and what I plan next. Because life is to be lived and dreamed of habit.
